Mother's Day and Child Dedications

Yesterday was a very special service for Encounter.
First, it was Mother's Day and second there were five families that dedicated themselves and their children to the Lord in front of the congregation. It's a special time because it highlights the bond we have with each other as a congregation in partnering in the raising of our children.
Mom and dad our first accountable to the Lord for parenting their kids but the rest of Encounter commits to coming alonside these parents in the process.
It's good relational stuff.
